Space Fleet Namer

This is another thats been in my to-to for too long. To go along with other space-ship themed titles, such as the indvidual ships and more. The thought occurs as I type this that this in-turn could be expanded to give details on fleets, such as their role, number of ships and so on, but that is for a future project.
